1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Renderica ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Renderica reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise harmful.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the floor plan files and reference images you upload. By uploading content to Renderica, you grant us a limited license to process and render it. Render outputs generated from your content belong to you.

5. Payment & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Render credits are consumed as renders are submitted. We do not offer refunds for consumed credits. Unused subscription-period credits are forfeited at renewal. Contact us within 7 days of a billing issue for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Renderica is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
