Export a model from Archicad

Produce a self-contained .glb from Archicad for 3D to Render.

Archicad can export to formats that convert cleanly to glTF. The safest route is exporting geometry and bringing it through Blender to a binary .glb.

  1. 1Export the 3D view to a supported format (e.g. FBX/OBJ/Collada), or glTF if your version supports it.
  2. 2In Blender: File → Export → glTF 2.0, set Format to 'glTF Binary (.glb)' with materials included.
If you export a .gltf with separate .bin/texture files, upload them all together in 3D to Render.
